Consultation & Goal Setting
We start off with an Initial Consultation & Goal Planning Session to get to know you on a personal level in order to understand your needs and determine your fitness and health goals.
We follow up with a Personal Assessment where we use a variety of tools to assess your current health level and primary fitness components to help with goal setting. The test results will formulate the specific breakdown of body weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, water weight as well as a Body Mass Index calculation.
Your trainer will also direct you through a basic learning session of the equipment in the gym and determine your strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular levels to create a snapshot from which to determine goals.
Comprehensive Training Program
Lastly, your personal trainer creates a Comprehensive Training Program to use as he or she works with you throughout your fitness journey.
Your trainer will teach you how to properly execute a routine that will build your confidence and will improve your overall health and wellness, enhancing your life and daily living activities.
