Effective tonight (March 18th), until further notice, Evolution Fitness will be closed. Like all other gyms and fitness facilities in the province, this decision has been made to further limit the spread of this virus and to protect the most vulnerable in our communities.
We know how important working out is to many of you. We also understand that for a lot of you, this is your “happy place”. We are prepared to support you as best we can through this challenging time, by providing home workout options, nutrition guidance and more.
