• sarah2Sarah Anthony, BA, Registered Holistic Nutritionist™
After finishing her political science degree at the University of Saskatchewan, Sarah decided to pursue what had become her passion by completing an intensive full year diploma program in Natural Nutrition, graduating with honours, at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in Calgary, Alberta.

Sarah’s current journey began while playing on the varsity women’s soccer team at the University of Saskatchewan; she was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. Sarah adopted an anti-inflammatory diet and lifestyle and was able to reduce the amount of inflammation in her body, lessen her symptoms, and continue playing soccer.

Sarah is keen about sharing her first-hand experience and knowledge in educating clients on the benefits of proper nutrition for long term health and wellness. She works one-on-one with clients helping them to live high quality lives through nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle modalities.

In addition to working at Gold’s Gym, Sarah also periodically offers seasonal workshops and cooking demonstrations to educate the public on the benefits of incorporating nutrient-dense, whole foods into their diet.

In her spare time, Sarah volunteers with the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of Canada and is a mentor for the Gutsy Peer Support mentorship program. She enjoys running, lifting weights, practicing yoga, travelling, and cooking for family and friends.
