Joining a fitness club is a big step for most people and we strongly believe that you should visit a club before making a commitment. That way, you know that you are getting what you want – no surprises! To change your personal details please contact our Club Administrator at adminsouth@evolutionfitness.ca or call 306 545-4653. Alternatively you can complete a ‘Change of Information’ form, available from our Member Services desk.
The Club Enhancement Due is an annual due that our Members can expect to be withdrawn from their bank account and/or credit card on the anniversary of their membership commencement. The purpose of the CED is club enhancement requirements (such as new programming, new equipment, renovations etc.) that are over and above the standard club maintenance that monthly membership dues encompass.
